I was an existing patient and in May 2022 had to cancel my annual scan appointment--3 days in advance--due to a work conflict. I called twice and had to leave messages; nobody ever returned my call. The next week, again I left a message, and received no callback. Now, months later, my call was answered and I was told that the reschedule would take about 12 months and that no other doctor in the practice would be available sooner.
