Very disappointed in the dental assistant today who spoke to me very condescending and literally walked away while I was talking to her and didn't return and the appointment I was supposed to have my tooth fixed but she said he was just going to look at it after I was told by the main receptionist that he would fix it. So I'm not going back. He is a good dentist but some of the staff has a lot to be desired
The woman I spoke with on the phone was very disrespectful and rude. She very clearly did not want to help me or even try to answer my questions. If you want a poor customer service experience this is the place to go. I will not be bringing my business here
