The doctor will never smile or seem even remotely compassionate. He does not care. My mom is elderly, fell, and hurt herself. He did not care and he would not write anything to help her. If you have an issue that he does not like or understand, he will shake his head, roll his eyes, suck his teeth or sigh, making you feel invalidated and like you or something with you is wrong. I have never felt like he cares a lick about me. He comes off as quiet, unfeeling, and seems entirely detached and like he doesn't care. And now, he has disparaged me to doctors instead of ever calling and, I dunno, checking on me as his patient to see what is going on ever, let alone before speaking about me as he did. Maybe communicate with patients before speaking poorly about them. And perhaps make patients feel like their health matters and you care.
