I have suffered with many years of Dentist anxiety and have been trying to find the right dentist. Dr Chee Keong Yeap was so friendly and so kind along with his assistant and the reception staff, they made me feel very comfortable, I didn’t feel any shame or awkwardness throughout the process. I feel blessed to have found this dentist practice and cannot recommend it anymore, I would have never thought I would ever look forward to seeing a dentist. Keep up the amazing work.
The staff are so lovely! I completely missed an appointment/got the wrong time and despite being super busy they managed to fit me in on the same day and were so kind about it. Everyone there from the admin team to dental was a pleasure to deal with especially when going to the dentist isn’t something you generally look forward to. Glad to have found them.
I’ve seen Dr Lucy Ge several times now and every single time I visit her clinic, the whole process is seamless and professional, from first contact with her receptionist and nurses to having my treatment completed. Lucy is an exceptional dentist, with excellent communication skills and calm mannerism and has always made me feel at ease during every visit. She is gentle and kind and I recommend her to everyone looking for an excellent dentist. Thank you Lucy and team. See you in 6 months :)
