The staff are so lovely! I completely missed an appointment/got the wrong time and despite being super busy they managed to fit me in on the same day and were so kind about it. Everyone there from the admin team to dental was a pleasure to deal with especially when going to the dentist isn’t something you generally look forward to. Glad to have found them.
I’ve seen Dr Lucy Ge several times now and every single time I visit her clinic, the whole process is seamless and professional, from first contact with her receptionist and nurses to having my treatment completed. Lucy is an exceptional dentist, with excellent communication skills and calm mannerism and has always made me feel at ease during every visit. She is gentle and kind and I recommend her to everyone looking for an excellent dentist. Thank you Lucy and team. See you in 6 months :)
I had an excellent experience with Dr Chee Keong Yeap and the entire team. From the outset, they were highly responsive and supportive, particularly as my dental concern related to an implant completed overseas—something I understand not all clinics are willing to manage. They are really good and informative, very relaxing environment and comfortable. I have had Maggie and Diffy as my dentists and they are very good !! The receptionists as well are friendly, 10/10. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and it was an easy process and much better than I imagined! Thank you Joondana Family Dental
Not many people enjoy going to dentists, myself included, however Dr Chee Yeap is a very gentle and friendly Dentist who makes it alot easier. I’m glad I have found someone that I am comfortable returning to for ongoing care.
