Laurent is a true master of his trade. Great attention to detail and looks at the project globally rather than just the stone work. A great source of advice. Totally recommend!
Interesting that they get negative review removed says a lot about a business when they cannot accept any criticism or fault
Pains me to write this, Laurent was fantastic and a genuine guy but we have been promised photos of stone options and a formal quote for a while now however we are yet to receive anything. I have tried following up several times, with no reply to text messages or when calling him we get told it will be sent through that night with nothing being sent.
From the moment we walked into the office we were made welcome and Toni was absolutely amazing and very knowledgable .
Joondalup Stone were amazing from start to end. From the start, Toni was friendly and professional. She knows the product range as well as the workmanship. She made us feel very safe spending money on both product and labour. Laurent is proud of his products and he and his sons reflect that pride in their workmanship on site. No amount of effort is spared to make every paver look like it was created just to be at your place, looking great! We are very happy with every aspect of our purchase.
