I submitted an online request for a quote and did not receive a reply. A few days later I phoned the office and was advised that I would receive a call back later that same day. That was weeks ago and I have since hired someone else. I guess they don't need the work.
Firstly I’d like to state, that I would give 5 stars to Laurent for his craftsmanship, as it is flawless! However, this is the year 2025, and verbal arrangements, and nothing in writing is not acceptable… the fact that I had to write out an initial quote for YOU, is not ok. That’s how I was charged extra for items I didn’t agree with, nor was anything discussed with me. Laurent is a true master of his trade. Great attention to detail and looks at the project globally rather than just the stone work. A great source of advice. Totally recommend!
Interesting that they get negative review removed says a lot about a business when they cannot accept any criticism or fault
Pains me to write this, Laurent was fantastic and a genuine guy but we have been promised photos of stone options and a formal quote for a while now however we are yet to receive anything. I have tried following up several times, with no reply to text messages or when calling him we get told it will be sent through that night with nothing being sent.
