Firstly I’d like to state, that I would give 5 stars to Laurent for his craftsmanship, as it is flawless! However, this is the year 2025, and verbal arrangements, and nothing in writing is not acceptable… the fact that I had to write out an initial quote for YOU, is not ok. That’s how I was charged extra for items I didn’t agree with, nor was anything discussed with me. Laurent is a true master of his trade. Great attention to detail and looks at the project globally rather than just the stone work. A great source of advice. Totally recommend!
Interesting that they get negative review removed says a lot about a business when they cannot accept any criticism or fault
Pains me to write this, Laurent was fantastic and a genuine guy but we have been promised photos of stone options and a formal quote for a while now however we are yet to receive anything. I have tried following up several times, with no reply to text messages or when calling him we get told it will be sent through that night with nothing being sent.
From the moment we walked into the office we were made welcome and Toni was absolutely amazing and very knowledgable .
