Not interested in helping me with a part for my mower. What he didn't know is that I drove around the corner and spent 1Kon a new one. What happened to good old fashioned service. I have been a retail manager for 2 decades and a 2 dollar sale with some help, would have got you a sale. You need to treat every sale as an opportunity to up sell!! invest time in your customers and they will return but look at it as omg a 2 dollar sale. Stuff that..... Really???

Great service; friendly and professional. Managed to get my lawn mower back in perfect working condition at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
