I've got a cheap, old mower with a split fuel line. They replaced the fuel line and sharpened the blade for free. They even refuelled it and cleaned it up. I was really happy with the outcome and charged me well below the quote, which is the first with any business I've ever dealt with. Great guys, awesome service!
Sent my mower in for a simple service and sharpen. The guys identified a few other problems, engine hold down plates replaced, ignition coil was hanging off and shorting out so they remounted that for me and troubleshot some carby jet issues. Very thorough service and done very professionally! Highly Recommend

Not interested in helping me with a part for my mower. What he didn't know is that I drove around the corner and spent 1Kon a new one. What happened to good old fashioned service. I have been a retail manager for 2 decades and a 2 dollar sale with some help, would have got you a sale. You need to treat every sale as an opportunity to up sell!! invest time in your customers and they will return but look at it as omg a 2 dollar sale. Stuff that..... Really???
