We had great experiences with the reception, midwives and all doctors apart from one female doctor that said to me at 37 weeks pregnant “Seeing as you’re a bigger lady we’ll get another ultrasound”. She probably could’ve just said we need to check on the baby. All in all, it was positive and we have a healthy baby! Thank you team ❤️

I had a very positive experience at the Early Pregnancy Assessment Clinic in Joondalup. From the reception team to the sonographer and doctor, everyone was compassionate, caring, and understanding of my delicate situation. They demonstrated empathy, sensitivity, and kindness towards both my husband and I. The team was punctual, respectful, and consistently went above and beyond to support us. Despite receiving difficult news today, their care and attention helped us feel genuinely supported and not alone.
Worst service i have ever experienced. Would not recommend at all..
