Please be aware that this hospital will refuse to release any records without hiding information. So take home all notes ans names etc. Very long wait times. Even saw reception ignore a lady in massive pain so had to tell them to help her. Liaisons are useless here also. Do not help or make any changes for medical negligence. I suggest hadsco or aphra. Very mixed experiences here but some departments are amazing Dr Mira Miranova at the orthopaedic trauma clinic was excellent she was such an amazing and sweet and kind doctor.
I took my son to the hospital and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received. Every single staff member was absolutely amazing so kind, gentle, and understanding with both me and my son. You can really tell how dedicated they are, especially in true emergency situations like ours. They acted quickly, professionally, and with so much compassion. It made a stressful time so much easier to handle. Thank you to all the team for the wonderful attention and care — you truly make a difference! 💙
Horrible waiting times my daughter needs to see a doctor for her sking problem urgent care and quemist sent her to the hospital she is been there since around 10:30 last night is 1:07 pm the next day she's been more than 15 hours there she is close to tears and nothing is done. Is crazy no one should wait for that long ... she was told she could wait 2o hours. Is insane.
Apart from first attempt to be admitted to ED, and I appreciate everyone there is a priority in their own mind, I had to leave, I could not sit there any longer in my condition. I am sorry, but the waiting time is by far way tooooo long. More staff needs to be on hand in emergency, to get patients looked at. The ratio of doctors/nurses to patients needs to increase to ensure the seriously ill get looked at within a reasonable time.
