I have been given the best possible treatment at the Joondalup Government Dental Clinic. My dentist was Kat who is very professional, a really good dentist and great communicator. I highly recommend the clinic and in particular do recommend Kat if you are considering dental work.
Disappointed in the way I was treated , i needed to have an Xray and was told by the dentist to bite down and I kept saying I was ? & she kept repeating herself to bite down, but in a firmer voice about 5 times, so I told them to stop & explained it was hurting me and then she said let's try another way ,by now I'm extremely upset and wanted to leave ,but stuck it out & this time it was a success, I had No apology by her actions & I definitely won't be going back,The Receptionist was rude too in the way she so so blunt.
