I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Joondalup Eye Clinic, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient, setting a positive tone for my visit. The assessment was conducted by an ophthalmic assistant who was both knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Maria Franchina is absolutely excellent !! Thorough and very good with her dialogue at explaining matters. She is well informed and an expert in her field. She would rank as one of the best, if not the best !
We saw the Specialist for less than 5 mins... looked at my daughter's eyes for probably 5 seconds.... told us she didnt need glasses.... and we got there in the end with her vision??? (We were not even there because we though she needed glasses...) Not sure the Specialist even read my daughters referral... Suggested drops we had already been using. (Surely the referral had stated this) felt like a money making effort and she wanted us gone because she was ready to leave for the day.. Got more out of the Specialist at Specsav... read more
