Went there at 7:13pm tonight for help tonight after making sure of the times online and it wasn't open, not just not letting anyone in but they weren't opening for the night at all. The cleaning staff said they had seen it open for a while and had know idea themselves what was going on
I need to use an ACROD parking bay and when I arrived, I noticed the carpark is so small and NO Acrod Bay in sight... It's a HOSPITAL and NO Acrod bays?! Please display Acrod Bays, not just TAXI bays?! Those taxis charge like a bull, not helpful to us...
Was told via phone I’d be seen and name was taken. Drove 30 minutes, then on arrival, told they were full and I be wouldn’t been seen.
I visited the clinic at Joondalup Health Campus at 8:30 pm on 13/02/2025. Before going, I called their direct number at 8:05 pm to check if they had reached full capacity. However, the automated message stated that they were closed and to contact them between 7:00 pm and 11:00 pm from Monday to Friday. I then reached out to the Emergency Department, where the staff were extremely helpful. They managed to internally contact the clinic and got them to open the phone line. We called before hand and to be fair they did say that they were busy, however, when we got there there was still 2 hours 15 minutes before they closed but they shut the doors. I ve been in the health care industry for over 30 years and from what we saw through the doors it was NOT busy. Not surprising ED is so busy now we are here but at least you guys will be finished in time
