Have been very pleased with the recent service to my car from Chad and the team at Joondalup 4x4. Price ended up below the original quote and the customer service and detail was a stand out from the beginning. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing 4x4 work done.
Inexperienced mechanics that don’t know anything about older vehicles and attempted to rip off my wife saying my vehicle needed a new clutch in a 1984 60 series land-cruiser. Ripped us off anyway initially quoting $500 to replace a clutch and master cylinder and then charged double because I supplied my own parts. Stay clear
Used Joondalup 4x4 for a spring swap on my front struts. After the work, I had issues that needed rectification and returned to the shop to resolve it. The outcome was that they were unwilling to rectify the issues and I was advised to take it elsewhere and that it was my problem. I’ll update this review if the matter is resolved fairly. Update: Joondalup 4x4 have since resolved this by refunding the full labour cost and covering the rectification cost. Appreciate the outcome being sorted.
