Not great I normally service my vehicle myself but on occasion will get a garage to do a service and professional inspection so I can keep up with any outstanding issues, this was my first time here as I was looking for a place closer to home, this instance made me realise why I keep my patrol out of these lazy businesses. 0 attention to detail, things missed and overlooked. On reaching out to the Chad regarding the issues the email was ignored.
The team at Joondalup 4x4 organised and fitted a 2-inch lift kit to my LandCruiser 300 GR Sport and were excellent to deal with from start to finish. They did a great job, and I’m really happy with the result. Highly recommend them!
Recently went for my Everest wet belt, which is a job masterminded by the idiot engineers at Ford, these guys wear great. I am really pleased, really attentive will not go elsewhere from now
Chad and the team were very helpful and informative about the condition of my 4WD. They answered all my questions and we got under the car for a visual assessment. They listed what should be fixed soon, what could be looked at later and what should not be an issue. The servicing they have done to date has been smooth and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend 4x4 Joondalup .
