Joe and his staff were great to work with. My real estate agent gave me his info after I received a huge closing cost estimation from my credit union. Joe got me initial approval over the phone and worked tirelessly to get the paperwork in order to close w/o drama. Months later, Joe called to let me know that rates had dropped significantly since I bought and let me know my refinance options. We closed on the refi in about a weeks time. A+ service all the way around.
