I recently had a root canal procedure done at Dr. Joon Lee S's office, and I couldn't be more happy with the entire experience, the staff is so good and friendly. 🥹 I was nervous at first but overall it’s been painless!!! Definitely worth it coming here!
This practice appears to manipulate reviews—nearly all are 5 stars, but my experience was poor. My cleaning was rushed (under 5 minutes) and not thorough. Surprisingly, the practice doesn’t offer fluoride treatments at all, which are a common part of preventive dental care. I also never got a follow-up for an urgently needed procedure, and the receptionist falsely claimed a pre-authorization was sent to my insurance—my provider confirmed it wasn’t. I would not recommend this office at all.
The best dentist hands down. This office is truly a gem. My favorite and only dentist office and I trust him 100 %. It's feels good when you find a good Doctor !!!!!!. I will never change my dentist and will recommend everyone i know.
