Joon is a cut above. I’ve been a number of times and it never disappoints. Bill, who serves and manages the dining room is great with his wit and his care of customers. This time, we had the Falafel, Halibut, House Salad and Duck Sliders and everything was 10/10. The ambiance is sleek and sexy and overall one of the best restaurants in Provincetown just a step away in the West End.
We were delightfully surprised at the comfortable seating, the personal service and the delicious food. Everything about our dinner was perfect. We arrived at 5:00 and were seated without reservation. We were traveling a distance to spend time here gallery shopping and we decided to celebrate a birthday and made our choice when looking for an interesting menu. The appetizers were really great. I am being generous with three stars. Previously, this was our favorite restaurant in Provincetown. We went there last night to find that the prices were outrageous for what you get and the menu is limited. Most entrées are $50 or above. We started with a soup and a salad, which were good. No bread offerings unless you purchase it as a separate appetizer. My husband‘s $36 burger was very good but they charge for the extras (Cheese and bacon) that are listed on the menu. Couldn’t accommodate 6 people. Gasping when we asked for table of six. To be fair we never ate there because the wait time was 2 hours.
