The doctor and nurse are fine and by fine I don't mean good, but the receptionist sucks. She's incredibly rude and does not belong in healthcare. I called to ask whether the office had a copy of my MMR and Hepatitis A immunization records. I understood they might not have them if the vaccines weren’t administered there. However, the receptionist responded by asking, ”Why would you think we would have them?“ The wording and tone came across as dismissive rather than helpful.
