I have been a patient for over7 yrs and had an appointment and had to wait for over an hour because they say they cannot guarantee the time you will be seen I do understand that other patients may have questions and have other issues that may take time but sitting here for over an hour and 15 minutes is uncalled for and I think they need to review how they make their appointments And to come into my waiting area and argue with me over why I should wait is not profffesional I the least ! This rating goes more to the impersonal experience. Horrible timeline for appointments, call backs or even answering the phone. GMRC sends plenty of messages starting more than a week prior to be sure to sign in, reminds of an upcoming appointment and all the other things to bring. Yet, nobody checked to see or reminded me of a lab order given 6 months ago, Thats many doctor appointments, Er visit and dealing with updating referrals. Find a better system to track your patients.
These women at the front desk won’t answer a phone to save their lives, have to jump thru several hoops just to set up a 15 appointment.
