Jon is amazing. I had a problem in the laundry room and I had six people from plumbers, repair men, maintenance etc and only Jon fixed the problem. Jon is a problem solver a detective and genius. He is the best. I have referred him to several friends and no one has ever been disappointed and everyone has been more than happy with his knowledge and his work

I’ve called Jon twice for emergencies and he has made time to give advice and come assess the issues. He is kind, professional, and generous with his expertise. He answers on weekends and explains technical details easily!!!
