I had a previous positive experience with Jon Drake. Today my hot water tank developed a leak and flooded my basement floor. I called Jon and he was at my doorstep in 30 minutes !! Problem was solved in 90 minutes !
The best of the best! Quick, kind, and super trustworthy. I would recommend them to my family! Pricing is also super fair. I would have them back anytime.
Called because we had a high CO reading and a smell of fuel oil. No one services fuel oil boilers anymore apparently, and Isaac couldn’t get an “emergency appointment” till a week out. We called this business and techs were over within 30 minutes for a tuneup and cleaning. Fast, professional and affordable service, even for an emergency. We will be sticking with them for as long as we are able, good service like this is hard to find. I didn’t catch his partner’s name, but he and Quentin were very professional and friendly.
When I got a leak in my baseboard heat it was resolved in less than 48 hours after calling Jon. He got it done for me!
