I purchased this Groupon and went to 1 of the 3 visits. On my 2nd appointment, I was sitting outside of the location for 20-30 minutes waiting for someone to show up and nobody ever did. I called and left messages, I even text Keke (she gave me her personal cell number on the first visit) and she didn't respond. Finally I received a call from a man who apologized and explained that she was out of town unexpectedly, but that I should hear from her soon. Never answer the phone or return voicemails! A scam, they are closed when you show up for your appointment. They try to sell you on a "bulk deal" of several visits for thousands of dollars and then never respond or show up again. Stay away!
Absolutely the best staff and services. I loved the results.
I’m sitting in front of the store now as I write this review. Came for my scheduled appointment and no one is at the location and doors are locked. I was even told during the last visit that I could show up early and get the treatment sooner. I’ve been waiting for over 20mins. The other two visits were great. But what a disappointment to the ending. I won’t be returning and will not be recommending this business. Unprofessional ending I experienced
I took a chance on this place initially because I found an amazing deal on Groupon and wanted to finally get a facial done. Keke was my Esthetician. She taught me sooooo much about my skin and recommended products and a sunscreen that works great for WOC. My skin texture improved tremendously from the first treatment. I DEFINITELY reccomend Keke.
