We met Jonny at an open house he was hosting which we toured previously with another agent. He followed up with me the next day and see if we were interested in the property still and had a quick consulation with him. He was able to provide us some key information on the property. Once we decided on a number, he helped us beat out 3 other offers while getting our accepted lower than asking price! Buying a forever home or finding the perfect rental is probably one of the most stressful things a human can put themselves through!
