Jonny Kohl was an outstanding real estate agent for my wife and me during our three-month home search in North San Diego County. He was attentive, highly informative, and excellent at explaining the home-buying process and rules. His communication was consistently frequent and thorough. While we didn't end up purchasing a home through him, Jonny did a really great job, and we would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a dedicated agent.

We are extremely pleased with our real estate purchase experience with Jonny. We set out to upgrade our house a couple of years ago. We came across Jonny through our neighbor. Jonny's the best! Extremely knowledgable and always responsive. He guided us through a whirlwind first time purchasing process and managed to keep us calm whenever we seemed to hit a bump in the road. He took the time to explain things to us, check in with us, and make sure we were feeling good through the stressful buying process.
