I’ve been going to JF for a few years and decided to quit now. The quality of dental care started to deteriorate since JF moved to the new location and expanded. For example, instead of referring me to a specialist, they said they can do my root canal work, but ended up not doing a good job and the tooth they treated got infected. I needed work on one tooth on my right side and two on my left. I told the first first dentist about my anxiety concerning needles. He said he would make a note of it. He was accommodating and was able to repair the tooth on my right side. I told the next dentist of my anxiety as well. As he worked on my left side, he received updates about waiting patients. After about an hour, he stopped, telling me that we could fix the next tooth another time, and that it would not take long. He also said that I would probably prefer a w... read more
After three visits, my dentistry needs were met. My overall well being was ignored. I won’t go back to this practice.
Friendly staff and Dr. Fisher and assistants care about patients treatment experience. New, large, state of the art dentist office. Dr. Fisher is very personable and spends enough time to explain treatment and care at home. Don Tyler
