The staff is rude and completely incompetent. They cancelled a procedure that was scheduled at the hospital bc insurance started paying for the procedure to be done in the office and did not let me know. I had to contact the hospital for an arrival time to find out a procedure was not scheduled. I waited for months for this diagnostic procedure and now have to wait another month bc of them cancelling only bc they can make more money off the procedure being done in the office. I’ve been see Dr. Jonna with various issues for over twenty years. Great group of people. Very friendly and helpful.
I really like Dr. Jonna and her staff. They are always professional and courteous to my family. When we go, there isn't much of a wait time and they always answer all of our questions. If we've a serious problem, we've always been able to go in that day. I have chronic migraines, so that truly helps. We have been seeing her for years and we haven't had an issue yet.
Excessive wait time. The office is sure to call you days ahead of time to remind you of your appointment time, when we should be reminding them about our appointment! Expect to wait...and wait...and wait some more, only to be given a clipboard for you to fill out. Then wait another 20 minutes. At this point, you'll pay your copay (expect to pay extra if you pay with a card). Then you'll wait some more. The waiting is excessive! Professional staff and doctor.
Almost died in surgery for Tubal Ligation, had to have 3 pints of blood. Then the did not make the specimens so I had to have a Hysterosalpingogram to make sure the surgery was successful.
The best doctor I have ever seen
He probably saved my life. I had a little acid reflux condition, which I didn't take very seriously. But after a closer look by Dr Jonna, it was determined to be a pre-cancerous condition called Barrett's Esophagus, which he promptly treated and we are monitoring.
