One of the worst real estate agencies around. Nobody answers phone calls or emails, and they try to fight back when something is wrong on their side. They are part of Corporate America so they think they can take advantage of regular people. Very unprofessional.
The team at Jonis have been a godsend in navigating this chaotic NYC real estate market. I live in California and have been looking for a place for my daughter and was able to navigate this process seamlessly and also remotely. A very communicative and competent team. So I felt it only fair to add my experience here, I had a very professional experience with Jonisrealty. The viewing appointment was efficient and my application was approved quickly. Everything was explained comprehensively throughout the process and their agent was very responsive and thorough. 5 Stars for from all around!
I have moved several times in NYC and working with Jonisrealty was the fastest turn around time yet. The good faith deposit secured the apartment for me and my roommate and it was smooth sailing from there. Everything was very streamline. Highly recommend them.
Good inventory of reasonably priced apartments in Manhattan and Brooklyn. In a tough market I've twice been able to find a place I can afford, once in LES and then again in Park Slope.
