No one wants to have to call an emergency plumber on a Sunday morning, but I had an excellent experience with Joniec Plumbing after a burst pipe at my property last weekend. My call to their 1300 number was answered promptly, and I was given a clear breakdown of the call-out fee and hourly rate. Really grateful for Joniec Plumbing coming out to rescue us today after we we had some trades cut our water line, gas line and our storm water pipes in the front yard. The boys came out within the hour and had it all working in under 2 hours. Thanks heaps awesome work, will definitely recommend well done team.

Both Jay and Max from Joniec Plumbing arrived at two separate times in the last month to help fix my blocked toilet (Jay) and blocked sewer drain with some tree root removal (Max); quote to follow for section of pipe replacement. Prompt, reliable and outstanding customer service from both guys. Left sites clean and tidy. Highly recommend!!

His van was spotless and well-presented, which I feel really reflects the company’s attention to detail and pride in their work.
