The team who booked the job were lovely to deal with and made the process easy from the start. I really appreciated the text message update when the plumber was on his way. Luke was professional, completed the job to a high standard, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I would definitely use their services again.

No one wants to have to call an emergency plumber on a Sunday morning, but I had an excellent experience with Joniec Plumbing after a burst pipe at my property last weekend. My call to their 1300 number was answered promptly, and I was given a clear breakdown of the call-out fee and hourly rate. I contacted this company to check for possible leaks inside the shower booth and under the bathroom basin. Spencer was the plumber who came out today, and I was extremely satisfied with the service. He thoroughly checked everything I had requested and also took the time to inspect additional areas and answer all of my questions in a very professional and friendly manner.
