No one wants to have to call an emergency plumber on a Sunday morning, but I had an excellent experience with Joniec Plumbing after a burst pipe at my property last weekend. My call to their 1300 number was answered promptly, and I was given a clear breakdown of the call-out fee and hourly rate. I contacted this company to check for possible leaks inside the shower booth and under the bathroom basin. Spencer was the plumber who came out today, and I was extremely satisfied with the service. He thoroughly checked everything I had requested and also took the time to inspect additional areas and answer all of my questions in a very professional and friendly manner. Both Jay and Max from Joniec Plumbing arrived at two separate times in the last month to help fix my blocked toilet (Jay) and blocked sewer drain with some tree root removal (Max); quote to follow for section of pipe replacement. Prompt, reliable and outstanding customer service from both guys. Left sites clean and tidy. Highly recommend!!

We had a burst water pipe in our backyard! We called Joniec Plumbing and from the first phone call to the completion of the job they were all fantastic.
