Fantastic service from Zach at Joniec Plumbing! Zach arrived early, was professional and did an amazing job. He kept me updated throughout the work and let me know when he needed to briefly turn the water off, which was really appreciated. Jay was also here and it was great to see the work being handled so professionally from start to finish. Zach did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy when he finished. Most importantly, my tap is no longer leaking! Really impressed with the service and attention to detail... read more
Very happy with the service today from the lads. Identified a major long term leak so easily and quickly and fixed on the spot (despite ongoing coming for a quote). Fixed two other roof leaks too whilst they were there. A fourth potential was identified not a leak. Really appreciate the honesty too rather than ripping me off and trying to fix something that doesn't need fixing or investigating. A++++ for service, knowledge. Price appropriate for the hard work. Highly recommend.
Fantastic service! Came out super quickly, was friendly and professional, and fixed my shower without any issues. Jay took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was happening. Really appreciate the prompt response and great communication. Highly recommend!
The team who booked the job were lovely to deal with and made the process easy from the start. I really appreciated the text message update when the plumber was on his way. Luke was professional, completed the job to a high standard, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I would definitely use their services again.
Josh and Lachlan from Joniec plumbing arrived on time at 7am. They gave me an estimate of how long the job would be and what they would be doing to complete the installation of our new ducted heating unit. Everything they did was exactly as they described and the heater is now working perfectly. Josh gave a full run down of how to operate the controller. The site was left perfectly clean and they removed the old unit and took it away with them. A faultless performance by Joniec Plumbing. I recommend them for any plumbing job... read more
