Had I choosen a different doctor, I would have been feeling better and back on track 8 months ago. All she needed to do was review my records from my previous doctor to see that I have a legitimate need for, and an extensive history taking a particular medication. Instead, she pawned me off to the incompetents at weber human services to exacerbate my issues even further, crushing the motivation or desire I had to fight for my self. Joni is always willing to talk to me about an concerns that I might have with my health. She is kind and caring and has helped me with multiple health issues.
Joni is awful! She was rude, condescending and had no idea what my 2 rashes were. She prescribed 4-6 things and only sent 2 to the pharmacy. She was in such a rush, truly didn’t care to help me, she made it so obvious. She had the other doc look at my rash on my lips, he then asked if I get fillers, injections or Botox-oh for the love! Is this what our healthcare has turned into? Are these 2 practitioners for real?! That was so discouraging!
Tangie at the front desk was extremely patient with me as we tried to work out an insurance issue. She took time to listen to my situation and stay on it until the problem was solved! Thank you Tangie!
