Front desk is the pits. The must have sessions to discuss strategies on how to BS their patients. Absolutely horrible.
Worst Dental office staff ever.I was treated like we was in high scool.The boy behind the desk is a slob.Half the time in sweats. I was made fun of for being on medicad. I drove over an 1 for an appointment. upon arrival I was informed that the slob behind the counter reschedule my appointment. When I called in later to speak with my Dr. I was denied any access to my Densit and was told by the slob.that he would call the cops on me If I tryed to speak with my densit. Dentist is great, however customer service at the desk has severely deteriorated. The younger girls are friendly, but stand- offish. Maybe they are trying too hard to be professional? What happened to the friendly young male receptionist?? I could practically hear him ,through the phone, rolling his eyes at my concern! I'm very pleased with the hygienist who saw my son and I have no issue with the dentist. I hope the practice takes a look at their front desk though.
RecommendedDr.Nerikar is so caring and calms any fear I might have. His staff is great also.

Both dentists and all staff are extremely patient and caring. It is easy to tell they have the patient’s best interests as their top priority!
