I was with another local Storage outfit and unfortunately due to what seems to be every 3 to 6 months increases. I found myself paying outrageous prices so I searched around and came across Jonestown self storage and the amount of savings per month. I just could not believe it and the facility is very, very clean. I spoke to management and they were very polite and very eager to help me with anything I need it so I would highly recommend this location to my friends and anyone that’s reading this review.
Bunch of crooks. So recently my monthly bill was due. Granted it was 2 weeks late. I got zero notification that my unit was gonna be emptied. After telling them to run my card for my payment and they never did. I figured I would stop by and see if my lock was still on my unit. Needless to say it was not. So not only was my lock gone but all my belongings were also gone. I have called countless times with zero response back.
