I asked for a quote September 13th. They sent me a single window proof that wasn’t what I asked for, I asked for window and door vinyls. I advised what was wrong with the proof and was told today the following “So sorry, I hate to inform you we just got loaded up with work. We are looking at least 6 weeks before we can get to you, will be glad to help you if you can wait, so sorry, thx mel”
