As my husband drove up to our driveway, he remarked, "We need a new roof. Look at that wave." I decided to check Better Business Bureau as is my usual practice and sent requests for a quote through the site. This is an excellent way for me to tell how reliable a company will be once they start work on my project. Jonesboro Roofing provided us with a new roof on our house in Oct. 2017. We've had problems with a leaking roof ever since. Jonesboro Roofing came out 3 times to fix the problem. Roof still leaks. It is now Apr. 2019. We are working with another roofer to fix the problems. We will never use Jonesboro Roofing again. Not only did they do a very poor job on the new roof, but their customer service is bad. They don't care.

Great Service! – As you know, this was my first experience to build a foundation. Your team was wonderful. They were patient, supportive and knowledgeable.
