Very courteous and professional staff.Any problems that require maintenance are addressed immediately.Both maintenance and ladies in the office are always eager to help with any concerns that you may have.Apartments are safe and a great place to live.They set the example for all other companies to follow!!!
I’ve lived at Jonesboro Luxury Rentals for a little over six months, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The staff are truly outstanding, they’re friendly, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond to support their residents! They have so many amenities, there is something for everyone! I also love the convenience of their resident app, which makes it easy to submit maintenance requests where updates are provided as needed, pay rent, and access lease information in one place.
I might be a little bias, but 10/10 recommend it here! I lived within JLR for 2 years prior to working, so if that isn’t a testimony in its self, idk what is. Such a great place to be and people to be around. What a lovely community, and the neighbors are great!
Love living here, well maintained and excellent maintenance and girls in office very helpful.
