All need to be fired in a lot of housing offices. terrible service in fulton county too but one day they all will be gone and replaced with better individuals that really are service oriented. Not a tenant but my sister is and always take her and help her navigate all the red tape and terrible service.

The Jonesboro Housing Authority is absolutely THE WORST Section 8 housing authority in the Atlanta area. As a homeowner and landlord, these people NEVER responded to my emails or phone calls. I worked with a woman named Janet Wiggins and aside from having a voicemail, I can honestly say I don't even know if she truly exisited within this group because I never heard back on any inquiry I ever made.
