Ignore the negative reviews for now. Dr. Jones has been my doc for over 30 years. Always great and professional. Yes he tends to ramble on but he answers all of your questions in great detail offering solutions if there are any, he evaluates your meds and makes awesome recommendations if something isn't working right. Most doctors require you to go into the office monthly, but Dr. Jones let's you do phone calls for med checks all year only needing to see you once a year in office. We lived out of state & all my boyfriend had to do was call & he’d prescribe any opioid he asked for. THEN, while still under Dr.Jones’s care he killed himself. When I called Dr.Jones to talk about what happened he wouldn’t return my calls nor answer emails. Not at all surprised he is no longer in business. Had this action been taken sooner my bf might still be here.
Dr. Jones has had hardships since 1st of year but I’ve found he is an excellent Dr. He does do things that other psychiatrists Do Not do!! He was my Doc for 30+ years and he really was great! Don’t know if his office will ever be the same.
I have been a patient of Dr Jones for 30 years. He has always been professional, treated me with the upmost respect and without his care I'd be swimming in ADHD chaos. He helped me understand my disability. I became a productive successful person. The staffing issues, new computer system and front office changes the past year have been challenging, but I was able to reach him if needed. was told doctor was on leave of absence and another doctor would be seeing patients while he's gone. no communication from him nor staff. find someone relaible.
Nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. Impossible to get refills.
Not the doctor he once was. Was a brilliant and organized doctor once. Not anymore. Spent most of my last therapy session rambling. He doesn't seem to be able to stay focused for very long anymore. Used most of my therapy time complaining about the health care system, drug manufacturers, and politicians. My 1 hour session became 2, and I had to pick up the bill for the extra time. I'm sorry that I have to find a new doctor now, because he was one of the best.
Office is a huge disaster. Dr Jones has been my doctor for decades and now the last 4 months he is MIA and the staff will NOT refill meds so you will be in a scramble to find a new doctor in short notice if you use him. Very sad situation.
A long-term patient for many years. Something is occurring since February where they do not return your calls, they do not refill prescriptions and they will not send me my medical records. DO NOT use this Dr.
