Very friendly staff and doctors. Wonderful Oral surgeon on sight also. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere.
The best!!!!! All around great experience. Every staff member is so professional and wonderful. I don't live down the street anymore, but they are worth the drive!!!
EXPERIENCE POSITIVE, PROGRESSIVE, FRIENDLY FROM FRONT DESK TO CHAIR TO CHECK OUT. EVERYONE IS VERY EXPERIENCED, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY BEST FRIEND.
Long-term front staff are very nice and the hygienists are the same although a little stiff on the humor. Great treatment and specialists to do other work as well. Nice environment and good location but the A/C works almost too well so be sure to bring a sweater! Overall a great place. TH eonly drawback is that they do not partake in any form of Health Insurance making the costs more expensive.
I've been a patient with Dr. Jones since I was 6 years old and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist in the area.
With the exception of Janet the receiptionist the office staff at the front desk needs some attention on how to be professional. There has been on more then one occasion one of the two ladies that check myself out have been less then professional. In addition, a couple of individuals that I had reffered has given the same feedback. It is important to note that these type of actions which are being potrayed are the face to your customers. Office staff is wonderful, hygienists are nice. Prompt appointment times and they know you by name! I would definitely recommend Dr. Jones or "Jonesy" as they call him!
