I’ll preface this review by saying buying a used vehicle from Jones was the single worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I purchased a used Honda Odyssey in April and noticed on the test drive that the AC didn’t seem as cold as it should be, and the Carfax noted that the AC system had been charged twice in the last year. That should have been my red flag, but I was given assurance (in writing) by the sales person that if the AC were to experience issues in the 30-day warranty that Jones would repair it. Love the way Jones treated me and my family like people and not just another commission check. Jack was fantastic! He was easy to work with and talk too! We bought our truck from here two years ago and were back again! We could go to closer dealers to us but we drive the hour to work with a great dealership!!!!
