I love Jones used cars customer service. Elizabeth and Luis are extremely helpful and kind. I traded in my Corolla for a new Highlander . I was not planing to but I went to see Elizabeth because I was having a situation at service with my appointment, Liz called the manager at service and he was very professional and took immediate care of us .
