Randy Jones was most helpful in so many ways. He gave me some suggestions on what kind of material to use for the item I was having reupholstered. He gave me an estimated amount of what it was going to cost and how long it would take after he got the material ordered and received. They were "Johnny on the Spot" about getting it fixed after picking it up for me. He called and said that he could deliver anytime. So, that he did. They did amazing work. We just had our 25+ year old sofa recovered by Jones Upholstery. They had a seemingly unlimited selection of fabrics - but we found just the right one and our sofa now looks brand new. Randy and his staff did a wonderful job. We are looking forward to using them again to update an old chair.
Waited months after being promised service within a set time frame. Drove across town to drop off chair and fabric, only to find a flimsy paper sign on door stating they were closed for a week. Wasted time, money, and fuel. Company would not even come to get the item, after they wasted so much of our time. Find a company that cares about your time, and gives realistic timeframes.
