I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited. My sales rep was Bill, who is very informative and knowledgable. Would avoid at all costs. Finance is a nightmare. Cant be reached when you need them after a deal is done. Sales rep seemed like he didnt want to do his job from the minute we got there and they couldnt find the car we came to get. Then he tried to upsell us a more expensive car on the lot because they “couldnt find the car”. This dealership is a joke.
Adam Cretaro was absolutely wonderful help. We came twice to Jones while in the process of buying (alongside trips to other dealers) and he answered all of our questions, never made us feel rushed or pressured, and helped us find our dream car! Ask for Adam if you want a smooth experience!
