My trip to Jones was my first time at a car dealership and the experience was great, customer service absolutely fantastic at this place I received help from so many people I would definitely recommend and return in the future
Very nice Service Writer and knowable service techs. Problem solved and they treat you with respect. --------- CAR PURCHASE , JAN 2026 Purchased a slightly used car from Jones. My salesman Brad was outstanding. He treated me fairly and always took the time to answer my questions and address any possible concerns. This was a good experience and I am a very skeptical person when it comes to dealing with the car buying industry.
