I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Jones Toyota in Bel Air. I brought in my Highlander because a warning light came back on after a fuel-pump safety recall repair was completed in 2022. Goodyear inspected the vehicle and told me the fuel pump appeared to be the problem again. When I arrived at the service bay, I explained the situation and said I had used the dealership's website. All I can say is I’m the happiest lady my experience at Toyota was so good. I love my car it’s my first NEW car on my own. Did I say I love my car. Also the gentleman that helped me was the best. Adam was the greatest and did a great job I will send anyone his way. I look forward to many years with Toyota. The best cars EVER. THANK YOU
I went to 7 different Toyota dealerships and Jones Toyota was the only one that was allocated the RAV4 PHEV in the color I wanted. I had to wait 2 months for Toyota to make and ship it, but Cristy kept me informed during the wait. My dealings with Cristy and the team at Jones was easy and straightforward. Just wish they weren’t an hour away from my home.
Great customer service. They made the process of purchasing my new Tacoma easy!
