I don't typically review businesses, but I had looked up Dr. Jones prior to my appointment and was nervous given a bad review. Getting a root canal is nerve racking enough! Thanks for lying!! I was so amazed by the great experience I was terrified of, that I had to call the nasty review out! Dr. Jones was really patient and calm. He explained everything and was very encouraging when I told him my fears. He did talk a lot, but it made me feel more comfortable with him. I think I know his grandson personally now!!! I was so nervous to be getting a root canal and this procedure was painless. Dr. Jones took the time to explain everything to me and answered the multiple questions I had!! And I had a TON. I saw another review that said he was belittling toward his staff, which is hard to believe. He was so sweet with them while I was there. Everyone seemed to get along well. Another added bonus was the price. He had the best price!!!! I would really recommend Dr. Jones!!!
this is the funniest doc and the niciest girls. i really had a good time. they were so nice i even helped them bring in their front porch furniture since i was their last patient. well the doc also had some good jokes.
AWESOME! The doctor and assistant were great and the whole process was nothing like I imagined it to be. It was actually a very pleasant experience. I fell asleep in the chair. I recommend this endodontist.
He is a very rude man that not only belittled his staff in front of me, but spoke to me in the same manner. I would not recommend this mans services. I had to wait for 45 minutes, and then it took him over and hour to complete my root canal.
