He was very helpful in granite selection to ensure it not only matched with my decor but also agreed with my budget. We remodeled the kitchen and I am more than pleased with their work. Jones Stone and Marble put my granite counter tops in. Very bad seam job on at least one of the two seams. Before they did my countertops in , I had new flooring installed in all of my townhouse. They were finished the week before Jones came to install the tops. When Chad ( the owners son) came to finish the job that the installers couldn’t get right, I showed him three chips that were taken out of the transition strip at the top of my stairs. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Jones Stone and Marble. Mindi was knowledgeable when we went to pick out our slab. She had someone out the next day to laser measure the area. That gentleman told us 2 weeks to have it ready to install. It was EXACTLY 2 weeks when John and Vinnie came to install it. they went above and beyond what they had to do to get it absolutely perfect. Jones Stone & Marble just installed our quartz countertops this week. I can’t say enough good about this professional company. The process start to finish was seamless, from our meeting with Jeff at the slab yard to the finished kitchen. Hats off to the two installers, Tyler & Rick. They made sure everything was to our satisfaction, and left our kitchen in showroom condition.
We made 20 phone calls to try to get a granite company to advise us about what to do with our granite kitchen island countertop. The seam between 2 pieces of granite separated and one piece of granite was no longer being supported. Much to our surprise, Jones Stone & Marble drove over an hour to help us. Thanks to Ben, he inspected the damage and was able to repair the granite the same day! Excellent job and an excellent employee.
