Rick S. came to our home yesterday to look at our furnace. He was asked to come by Jones Services who was installing our whole house generator. they noticed a problem with the furnace and wanted Rick to check it for possible danger. Rick came immediately and found it needed an adjustment. e took care of it and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Once again GREAT JOB JONES SERVICES. Thank you, Angelo V
