Nothing but good things to say here. Bought a new trailer and the lights weren’t working so we called Joan service and repair. Extremely knowledgeable and was more than willing to work with us and help us! It’s definitely not all about the money with this company. Highly recommend. He definitely knows his stuff. Thanks so much for helping us!

The problem I have with what work they did for me. Was he quoted me a $400 price? And then when I come to get the trailer, it's almost $700 now. Had he called me, I would have told him not to do the work, but he never even called me bad customer service. I would never recommend them again, simply because they're not very professional with the way they handle their client.
They had the hard to find trailer tire I needed. And unlike most Florida businesses they were closing in 30 minutes but I was 50 minutes (plus traffic away) they stayed open for ne. The owner (and small child) waited for me and gave me a discount. Actual great customer service in Florida!!!
