I accompanied my husband to his consultation. I had some concerns about the negative reviews. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. askew was helpful and took time to answer all our questions. Our insurance company prolonged the approval process by sending two rounds of questions to the Dr. for response. The staff was helpful informing my hi and where they were in the process of responding. His procedures are scheduled. I will update on how they go.
If you have mental health issues or concerns, this doc is not for you. She made me feel like she did not take me serious, made me feel like I was making it all up and treated & looked at me like I was trying to scam the system. Said I was ok because I looked ok to her and asked some personal questions about my finances that I didn’t not realize what a red flag until it was too late. Should’ve had my spouse come in with me to see how I was being treated.
Unfortunately, she is my Neurosurgeon's PA. When I was truly in need after surgery she mocked me multiple times and gave advice she intended on being insulting. Rosemary is pure evil.
Walked in the room didn’t introduce herself. Had no idea who she was because we didn’t make an appointment with her. Not very knowledgeable. She did not make us feel comfortable. Shocked she even has a license to practice medicine. DO NOT GET TREATED BY HER.
Dr vitali has taken care of multiple family members and he has always been genuine, caring and helpful on all of their issues. He’s an excellent orthopedist and I highly recommend him! He’s an asset to the Roseville and adjacent areas.
He lied to me, tricked me into believing he would help me. I wish I never trusted Dr Askew with my care. I am dissatisfied. I feel like such a fool. I wish I had a family member or friend close to me all times while he was discussing treatment. His bedside manner or lack there of, is selfish, and lazy! This doctor approached me upon entering the building for my appointment. I have been working toward my referral to this specialty for over 2 years and the moment I enter the building I was met with ridicule and disrespect. The doctor came to me directly to talk down to me and belittle me during a very stressful and physically painful time in my life. I will never refer any patient or family friend to this doctor. This PA spent an hour with me 12/22/22 . She seemed thorough, but she was very short, dismissive and condescending to me and my husband who came with me for support . She said I did not need a spine surgeon and that I could benefit from seeing a neurologist for pain control. She said she would refer me. About 10 days later no referral and no clinical notes were in my online account ( after summary visit reports & notes done by Sutter doctors go into our accounts). He is one of the best drs i ever had out side of the one i have now. I only say that is cause he told me to get with her when he left sutter.
