I have been doing business with Jones-Rogers for 9 years and they never let me down. Their techs are knowledgeable, communicate with me clearly, and always clean up before they leave my home.
The tech was early (not to early, like 15 minutes) and did my furnace check in no time. He was nice and answered the few questions I had. Griffith has been nothing but helpful in the year that I've had service with them.
On time and finished quickly.
