changed doctors yesterday. my insurance can’t find me a psychiatrist. and i’ve had to go off of all of my psych meds cold turkey after taking meds everyday for over ten years because kasem won’t do refills. i also spent four months with a bacterial infection and every other day fevers because kasem couldn’t figure out how to prescribe antibiotics. i just filed a grievance with dmhc over the atrocities committed by this doctor. do yourself a life saving favor and find a more qualified doctor.

Would give negative star rating if possible. To begin, he lack empathy and professionalism. Does not review patient charts, which leads to inaccurate radiology tests, increase cost for patients and multiple las minute surgery cancellations. To make matters worse his staff are a definite reflection of his leadership. Everyone is incredibly unprofessional, also lack empathy, disorganized, and rude. I would STRONGLY urge others to seek other Orthopedic physicians.

Dr. Lercel is very condescending, impatient and rude. I had 3 office visits with him over the past 4 months and received no medical help.

Don't waste your time. Dr. was extremely rude and dismissive, and his office staff are just as bad... 1. Dr. called my wife by the wrong name. She kindly corrected him. He ignored her and kept calling her the wrong name. He then said, "Well, whatever you want to call yourself." 2. My wife has been dealing with extreme pain and issues for 8 weeks, many urgent care and ER visits, and no one has figured out the cause yet. I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with the doctor's office, specifically their front office staff. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to my appointment, but the lack of professionalism and rudeness from the associates really ruined it for me. After waiting for 5 weeks to see the doctor, I received a call from an associate to cancel my appointment a few days before my scheduled time. My time with Dr. Jones was limited, but I have no complaints about him. He was quick and clear with his explanation of my condition and the steps he wanted to take. His staff, however, was a different story. The nurse is a young lady and seems like a nice enough person. She tries to make small talk but some of the stuff she talks about is a little out there. I am so devastated with his care back in 2015 he did my first surgery and he discharged me without a plan. Afterwards I was in so much pain I dragged my leg for 3 years because of him. Until I found a good doctor that re-recommended surgery on the same knee. Now 2022, I over worked my good knee because of those 3 years dragging my leg. I am currently recovering from surgery of my good leg (now injured). I highly do not recommend this ortho, you are just a number in his eyes.
