UNACCEPTABLE!, Not sure if they treat all there patients this way. Or just the ones on Medicaid. Dr Jones and his Team at Advent health punish patients for being human. I'm sure no one at that office has ever made a mistake or been late in there life? Yeah right! I had an appointment for which I over slept. Dr Jones is straight forward and very knowledgeable. He found my problem on the very first visit and the previous doctor seen me 3 times and was still guessing.
KIm promised to Email me the treatment notes for the session completed on January 23 but they never came. When I called to see why the notes had not come I was told that "we do not email notes". S0 I asked that they be mailed to me and was told that "we do not mail from this office". Right.
Dr.Richard Jones' is a legend. Master of his Craft. I'm beyond grateful for all he has done and will do to get me back on the tennis courts and more importantly back to work without excruciating pain. I just had Orthoscopic surgery on my right knee and I can tell it feels better already. Looking forward to Dr. Jones working his magic on my Left knee! The whole entire process from beginning to end has been amazingly wonderful . Every staff member was at the top of their Game. Thanks to ALL and Happy 2022 Lisa Muscillo
