Worked with Shakita Williams worst agent ever.never gave us an opportunity to fix things during application process and would not give us our money back. Do not work with them you are wasting time and money
I thought long and hard about whether I should make a review about this company and decided to take the risk. I called twice for information and help. The first time was about getting an affidavit of residency since I just moved in from the west coast, I needed extra proof that I lived in NC to get my DL updated. I wasn't sure if being a listed tenant on the lease was enough and let me tell you. The rent was affordable and they only raised it once in the 6 years I stayed there. They always responded in timely fashion for maintenance requests. The property needed work, but it was spacious for what I paid.
I personally own 5 rental houses in High Point, NC and realize the aggravations that go along with the customer service part. But I am here to tell you that Sarah Faries is top notch at doing that part for Jones Property Management and Realty. She was fantastic to work with. Communicated in a timely manner and was transparent about everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone out there.
Nickel and dime alert!! Be careful!!! CYA!!! I lived at Aaron Place two different times. First was two years. No issues, Sarah was great and they were fair. Second time lived at Aaron Place four years. Unit had constant A/C and heating issues. They did jump right on it and band aided to keep it running. But seems like they have different people in place who when I would be proactive telling them the AC was starting to freeze and have issues it was always my fault it was always hou need to change the filter.
