From day one Dakota Wrinkle lied. He would throw in hidden cost and then when you question him about it, he would not respond. $29,000 plus realtor fee was just one of many things. He got his figures wrong twice. Billing you for his multiple screw-ups. In 5 months I am no farther along than I was when I hired him. Got a $4500 bill which I am fighting through Texas Bar. Canceled meeting about an hour before it. Rescheduled for a conference call, sent them the info before the first meeting and could tell right away they did not look it over and were unprepared for the call. Said he would look over it and get back to us in a week. Never did call left messages with their answering service and emailed them. Never heard back from them. Would have been nice if they would have been honest enough to say we are not going to take your case.
