The Jones crew did our new house in 2020 in Broken Bow, and they were very easy to work with. They had to return after a year or so for an issue with the water heater, which turned out to be a simple fix and I don't believe we ever saw a bill for it. But the best part of working with Jones is what we've had to do recently. We had our septic tank pumped a couple months ago and discovered the tank had a hole in the bottom and was leaking.
